How to internally transfer:

Started as an analyst at a top tier private credit shop (not attached to a PE Firm) this year. Interned last summer on their true credit team and loved it, but got switched to a different group as a result of COVID needs. Cool group, still front office, but culturally not a great fit for me. I’m still close with the credit guys and talk as regular as I can with them about non-work stuff (fantasy football league, outdoor happy hours, golf, etc), but damn I wish I was on that team still. Anyone have any tips for internally networking? Both under WFH and normal conditions. Thanks!
